Job summary

Terrestris LLC in Albany, GA is seeking a Supply Systems Analyst to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution Labor Support contract. You will lead WMS operations, ensure inventory transaction integrity, and analyze data to improve warehouse performance.

You will investigate discrepancies, generate reports for management, and collaborate with Government stakeholders to drive continuous process improvements while maintaining audit readiness and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Three or more years using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or equivalent in the last five years.
• Experience supporting warehouse management systems, supply operations, inventory management, or logistics information systems.
• Strong analytical skills with experience researching transactions, resolving inventory discrepancies, and identifying operational trends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for WMS operations, ensuring inventory transaction integrity and data accuracy.
• Analyze WMS transactions and operational reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Research transaction errors and investigate inventory issues to resolve operational problems.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and government personnel to troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Monitor workload trends and develop reports to support staffing decisions and performance management.
• Prepare analytical reports and brief management on system performance and inventory accuracy.
