Job summary

A.P. Moller - Maersk is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials in a on-site warehouse setting.

You will coordinate a team to ensure inventory accuracy, schedule inbound/outbound operations, and manage payroll for the department. Responsibilities include maintaining cycle counts, adjusting records, planning workloads, and enforcing safety procedures while driving productivity and process improvements in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience welcomed.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tasks.
• Ability to supervise and communicate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of inventory adjustments and audits.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate variances.
• Plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determine staffing needs and schedule staff accordingly.
• Update and enforce operational procedures and ensure communication to warehouse staff.
• Track productivity and evaluate performance by individual and department.
• Manage payroll for the department.
