Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent
• Experience with inventories and payroll in a warehouse setting would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of inventory adjustments (cycles, physicals, catch weights)
• Perform cycle counts and investigate variances
• Plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet metrics
• Determine staffing needs and schedule staff
• Assign workers to duties based on workload and schedules
• Update and communicate operational procedures
• Monitor productivity and conduct performance evaluations
• Manage department payroll
• Advise on handling of received/stored/shipped items and equipment
• Trace item history to resolve stock discrepancies
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain harmony among workers
