Job summary

Performance Team, part of A.P. Moller - Maersk, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Groveport, OH to supervise 20+ employees in ordering, receiving, storing, and shipping materials in a fast-paced warehousing environment.

You will plan inbound/outbound schedules, manage staffing, ensure safety procedures, and collaborate with Inventory Control to maximize inventory accuracy while handling payroll for the department. Full-time on-site role with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews inbound appointment log and open order report to plan work activities.
• Plans inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determines staffing needs based on workload and schedules staff accordingly.
• Assigns workers to duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Maintains and communicates updated operational procedures to warehouse staff.
