Job summary

Traba is seeking a Customer On-Site to serve as the main point of contact between our workforce and the client's on-site leadership. You will provide operational oversight to drive service delivery and be the face of Traba in the facility, managing worker support, onboarding, and scheduling.

The role requires professionalism, bilingual communication, and the ability to build relationships while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing environments (staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Polished and presentable in a customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers as primary relationship owner.
• Coordinate worker onboarding, interviews, and start schedules; oversee vetting and onboarding.
• Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and on-site performance feedback.
• Bridge communication between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams.
• Identify and address worker performance concerns and site challenges; handle escalations.
• Support day-to-day site operations, ensuring staffing coverage and PPE distribution.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and wallet expansion.
