Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact at the Welcome Center and Customer Service Office. The role supports scheduling, communications, and paperwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The CSR will coordinate with carriers and warehouse staff, verify documents, and assist with shipping/receiving operations while maintaining accuracy and exceptional service. A HS diploma and 1–2 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED with 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic math and reading skills; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to internal and external stakeholders at Welcome Center or Customer Service Office.
• Schedule management and paperwork processing for inbound/outbound activities.
• Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse personnel for dock/yard activities.
• Process and verify shipping and receiving documents; maintain accurate schedules using WMS and office software.
• Support shipping/receiving functions and report discrepancies to leadership.
