Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator 1 for our on-site operation in Atlanta, GA. You will manage storage and workflow of project materials and collaborate with purchasing, invoicing, and vendors to ensure accurate receiving and documentation.

The role supports internal stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment, handling inspection, documentation, and coordination of maintenance until installation.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: Up to three years of experience in warehouse coordination, materials management, or related field in construction/industrial environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document control, data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction warehouse operations and organize storage of project materials.
• Coordinate receipt of incoming materials with purchasing agents, invoice reconcilers, and external suppliers.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and document findings.
• Provide precise receiving documentation to the invoice reconciliation team.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance for stored materials with leads until installation and turnover.
