Responsibilities

• Effectively manage construction warehouse and storage of project materials.
• Coordinate receiving of materials with buyers, invoice reconcilers, coordinators, and external suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure materials are inspected upon arrival for any damages, with inspections documented.
• Provide receiving documentation to invoice reconciler for verification of receipt.
• Coordinate necessary preventative maintenance with leads/coordinators until installation and turnover.
• Ensure materials are stored properly and according to storage requirements until installation.
