Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Polite and professional manner.
• 1–3 years experience in customer service or warehouse with customer interaction.
• Experience in fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Ability to work with limited direct supervision.
• Proven communication with team, customers, and suppliers; resolves conflicts.
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid Driver's License or transportation to customer locations.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willingness to work extra hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Commit to FIELD's Mission Statement, Core Values, and Fieldamentals.
• Serve as primary customer contact; stage and deliver product at the customer's facility.
• Manage inventory levels, create orders, and build customer relationships.
• Resolve quality and delivery issues with customers and Field.
• Identify additional opportunities at customer sites to grow Field's business.
• Keep racks, bins, and labels clean and organized.
• Participate in Field training to grow product knowledge and system efficiency.
• Coordinate with customer's in-house reps and Field account managers to ensure system meets expectations.
• Use portable scanner to collect inventory data and report to Field.
• Interact with multiple customer departments and Field teams.
• Contribute to ongoing development of inventory management systems.
• Follow all safety policies at Field and customer locations.
