Job summary

Field Fastener is seeking a part-time VMI Representative to monitor and replenish customer inventory at an onsite location. This role requires 6–8 hours per week with an hourly rate of $18–$21 and potential overtime as needed.

You will stage and deliver product inside the customer facility, manage stock levels, and build strong customer relationships using a portable scanning device to report data to Field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Polite and professional manner.
• Commitment to Field’s Core Values and Mission.
• 1–3 years in customer service and/or warehouse with customer interaction.
• Experience in fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license or transportation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and replenish customer inventory.
• Stage and deliver product at the customer’s facility.
• Manage inventory levels and create orders.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Resolve quality and delivery issues with the customer and Field.
• Seek opportunities to grow Field’s business at customer sites.
• Use portable scanning device to collect inventory data.
• Interact with customer departments and Field teams.
• Contribute to ongoing inventory system improvements.
