Job summary

Capital Electric is hiring a VMI Specialist to coordinate vendor managed inventory at customer sites and ensure optimal product availability. You will replenish stock, interact with customers, and collaborate with our internal teams to drive service quality.

The role requires driving, lifting up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working in various weather conditions. Experience with Eclipse order entry and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum driving record required.
• Able to drive 2+ hours to service sites.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Willing to work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
• Some electrical product knowledge and Eclipse order entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor managed inventory at customer site locations to maximize service and availability.
• Replenish materials and maintain excellent customer service.
• Communicate with customer personnel and Capital Electric teams (inside/outside sales, purchasing, logistics, credit).
