Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Deployed Support Specialist to provide VIP technical support and on-site deployment across a DoD environment. This role is based on-site in Quantico, VA, and acts as the primary resource for deploying hardware and software across the enterprise network.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in desktop/deployment support, active Secret clearance, and IAT II certification (Security+ or CySA+). Benefits included with comprehensive PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware deployment and software installation.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide VIP technical support for end users across an enterprise network.
• Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Serve as the primary on-site resource for deployment initiatives and end-user support.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to OS, applications, and network connectivity.

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Deployed Support Specialist to support a company focused on enterprise IT operations and end-user technology services within a large-scale Department of Defense network environment. This position is on-site in Quantico, VA. The Deployed Support Specialist will provide VIP technical support and serve as the primary point of contact for hardware and software deployment activities across the enterprise network. Responsibilities for the Deployed Support Specialist include:

• Provide white-glove/VIP technical support for end users across an enterprise network environment


• Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices


• Serve as the primary on-site resource for technology deployment initiatives and end-user support


• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity


• Coordinate with enterprise IT teams to ensure successful rollout of hardware and software solutions

Required Qualifications for the Deployed Support Specialist include:

• 3+ years of experience providing desktop support, deployment support, or help desk services


• Experience with hardware deployment, software installation, system imaging, and end-user device support


• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

Compensation for the Deployed Support Specialist includes:

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
