Legends in Los Angeles provides POS support for venue events. You will deploy and tear down POS terminals, update sales, and maintain PCs, printers and related equipment.

The role requires customer-focused service, independence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include level 1–2 POS support, hardware replacement during events, and ensuring systems are operational before and during events.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with POS systems and IT hardware would be beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Provide level 1 & 2 POS support and escalate when needed.
• Initiate and implement improvements to areas of responsibility.
• Conduct stadium walk-through to ensure systems are operational during events.
• Replace defective hardware before, during and after events.
• Diagnose software, firmware & hardware issues.
• Maintain knowledge of organization and adhere to standards.
