Drive Green VI is seeking a Rental Fleet Service Agent to ensure vehicles are prepared, positioned, and available to meet customer demand. You may perform vehicle preparation, delivery, and expediting tasks across shifts, prioritizing safety and service quality.

The role involves vehicle movement, documentation, and coordination with fleet personnel to maximize availability and meet reservations. A flexible schedule and outdoor work in varying weather are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid, unexpired driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 25 years old (insurance requirement).
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to accurately document vehicle condition and operational information.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and inspect vehicles to customer-ready standards.
• Document vehicle condition and movements as required.
• Transport vehicles between centers to meet demand and minimize wait times.
• Coordinate with fleet staff to ensure vehicles are available for reservations.
• Support fleet operations during staffing shortages or disruptions.
