MATT Construction is seeking an On-Site VDC/BIM Coordinator for Orange County projects. You will lead MEP coordination, manage 3D modeling workflows, and ensure model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include developing BIM/VDC plans, performing quantity takeoffs, supporting Revit users, conducting clash detection in Navisworks/Procore, and creating 4D simulations to visualize construction sequences.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction/Architecture/Engineering.
• 3+ years VDC experience across all construction phases, including RFIs/submittals.
• On-site work willingness and team collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Lead MEP coordination and run coordination meetings.
• Perform model-based QTO tasks as required on project.
• Supplemental modeling of MEP and Structural components as needed.
• Develop BIM/VDC plans and strategy with project teams.
• Coordinate BIM scope schedules into master project schedules.
• Create and review 4D simulations and construction sequences.
• Resolve Revit issues and support staff in BIM platform use.
• Conduct regular 3D model coordination and clash detection.
• Develop site logistics plans with project team.
