Job summary

LRK in Orlando seeks a BIM Coordinator to implement and manage BIM/VDC workflows across architectural projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure model integrity and efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities include BEP development, maintaining accurate Revit models, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, leading clash detection, and ensuring BIM standards throughout design to construction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BIM/VDC coordination within AEC.
• Proficient in Revit with ACC/BIM 360 and Navisworks experience.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Bluebeam; BEP experience.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and construction docs.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage BIM workflows using ACC/BIM 360, Revit, SketchUp/Rhino, and AutoCAD.
• Develop and maintain BEPs; manage BIM model health and standards.
• Coordinate BIM delivery with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Lead clash detection and resolution; produce coordination reports.
• Provide BIM training and technical support to project teams.
