Job summary

Chromalloy in Oldsmar, FL is seeking a Training & Development Administrator to support the Site Training & Development Consultant. You will play a key role in onboarding, on-the-job training, annual compliance training, and other site training initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with internal partners and operators, manage training records and certifications, help deliver OJT lesson plans and classroom presentations, and ensure accurate Dayforce enrollment and training

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, along with an Associate's degree (or equivalent trainer/educator experience); Bachelor's preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• High integrity, with the ability to protect confidential information
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated and proactive, with strong follow-through in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Training Lead with administrative needs related to On-the-Job Training, Dayforce compliance training enrollment, new hire onboarding, and classroom instruction on manufacturing-related topics
• Help deliver OJT lesson plans and build classroom presentations that engage operators in collaborative learning
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across the site, establishing trust and credibility with both internal partners and operators
• Track and manage certification and training records for the site, and maintain employee training records to support competency assessments
• Recognize key training or compliance issues and communicate them clearly to management
• Take on additional training-related duties as assigned
