Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier Spokane is seeking a Training Coordinator, Quality Assurance to support LMS and CAPA programs, driving training for QA teams and audits. The role emphasizes change control, documentation review, and course creation to ensure GMP compliance.

Location is Spokane, WA, on-site, with a Monday–Friday schedule, and a wage of $32.01–$37.65 per hour. Benefits start day one, and growth opportunities are available within a stable pharmaceutical leader.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree
• Advanced vocational/specialized knowledge.
• Working Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Attention to Detail/Accuracy.
• Facilitation of groups.
• Understanding of cGMP concepts as they relate, but not limited to training/training compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary LMS support and oversight for all QA teams.
• Create, document, and maintain electronic training for employees.
• Support Change Management and CAPA by running reports and following up with assignees.
• Assist internal, client, and regulatory audits by providing reports.
• Setup new users, edit entities in LMS, create and test content.
• Manage LMS profiles, large deployments, curricula, retraining periods.
• Join LMS Governance Committee to improve processes and consistency.
• Create LMS training reports to support audits/investigations.
• Collaborate to establish core training curricula for departments.
• Assist with troubleshooting LMS issues and SOP updates.
• Maintain JHS TTT Training certification and ensure compliance training.
