Panduit is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead on-site learning initiatives in Crown Point, Indiana. You will design, coordinate, and evaluate programs to align with business goals and improve performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in training leadership or related role.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; project management knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Establish on-site training leadership to strengthen local ownership and elevate team performance.
• Develop and implement standardized guidelines for Training Within Industry (TWI) documentation and training practices.
• Coordinate training schedules and maintain training databases/records to ensure accuracy.
• Create and enhance job aids and TWI materials to improve training consistency and effectiveness.
• Lead and motivate the training team within a global, multi-cultural environment.
• Partner with stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and results.
• Manage multiple priorities and training initiatives with strong project management.
