• Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to coach, provide feedback and support new hires.

• Deliver instructor-led training for groups of 25-30 new hires on systems, products, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor attendance, performance and assessment results to ensure objectives are met.
• Provide coaching and development support to improve learner success.
• Support nesting and transition of trainees into live operations.
• Maintain training records and attendance in Excel and other tools.
• Develop and update training materials and job aids.
• Analyze training results and feedback to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and leadership to align with client requirements.
• Support floor operations, escalations, and knowledge reinforcement as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and performance standards throughout training.
• Facilitate online courses when required.
