Job summary

Conduent is seeking an onsite Trainer IV to lead classroom training for 25-30 new call center employees, teaching products, systems, client tools, and processes. You will monitor trainee performance and attendance, provide coaching, and support new hires through training and nesting to graduation.

The role requires delivering instructor-led training, updating materials, and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of training, classroom instruction, or facilitation experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for groups of 25-30 new hires on systems, products, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and assessment results to meet training objectives.
• Provide coaching and development support to improve learner success and readiness for production.
• Support nesting and transition into live operations; maintain training records and attendance data.
