Job summary

Pro Resources is seeking a Corporate Trainer for a manufacturing company in Attica, IN. Start salary $65,000–$70,000 with full benefits. Direct hire, hands-on learner development, and close collaboration with HR and production leaders shape training programs.

You will deliver new hire orientation, on-the-job training, and ongoing development, while implementing a learning management system and maintaining training records for compliance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with relevant experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to write procedures, communications, and training materials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver new hire orientation, job-specific training, refresher courses and development programs.
• Implement and maintain a learning management system, training materials, and records.
• Identify training needs with managers and SMEs to improve performance.
• Coordinate training during 30/60/90 day milestones and ongoing employment.
• Create and update SOPs, manuals, presentations and assessments.
• Develop train-the-trainer activities and support certification programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Coordinate training related to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with other Human Resources activities as needed.
