Job summary

The role is on-site in Coraopolis, PA, and involves reviewing title commitments, endorsements, and related documentation to ensure underwriting standards and SLAs are met. The successful candidate will validate vesting, title insurance amounts, and descriptive accuracy while issuing title policies and handling corrections and reissuances as

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with title production systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review title commitments and closing disclosures for compliance with underwriting requirements.
• Validate vesting, title insurance amounts, endorsements, and legal descriptions.
• Examine recorded documents for accuracy and adherence to SLAs.
• Prepare and issue title insurance policies and related documents.
• Research and process policy corrections and reissuance requests.
• Resolve policy discrepancies and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Respond to inquiries regarding policy status and title-related issues.
• Maintain accurate policy records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support premium remittance reporting through data validation and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
