Job summary

Essent Group Ltd. is seeking a Title System Administrator to maintain reliability, security, and performance of the title production platform. You will manage access, resolve document generation issues, and support escrow staff to ensure compliant and efficient operations.

Based in Radnor, PA or Coraopolis, PA, this fully in-office role requires expertise in title production systems and collaboration with internal teams and vendors. Essent offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science, or 3–5 years of sysadmin experience.
• Hands‑on admin experience with AtClose (or equivalent title production systems).
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Windows Server/AD administration.
• Understanding of Real Estate/Title lifecycle (order opening, title search, closing).
• Familiarity with ALTA Best Practices and data privacy controls (SSO, MFA, role-based access).
• Willingness to participate in on‑call rotation and perform maintenance during evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Design business process solutions to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Configure and maintain EssentCORE Title Production System, including user access and audit permissions.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and security roles per privacy requirements.
• Provide primary production-support for document generation and template creation.
• Support disaster recovery and ensure secure updates to prevent unauthorized access.
• Monitor application health, track performance, and optimize system efficiency.
• Create and maintain user guides and reports; develop training materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and management on projects.
