SetPoint Consultants, a national staffing agency serving the Title, Mortgage, Legal, and Banking sectors, is recruiting an experienced Escrow Officer to manage a branch of a growing Orlando title company with an office in Orlando. Minimum qualifications include 5+ years of title closing experience, recent management of a closing branch, and Florida notary status.

Travel to Jacksonville and Tampa may be required; salary range is $85,000–$95,000 with monthly bonus and benefits that may exceed

Responsibilities

• Assist in document preparation and closing activities, manage the daily operations of the escrow branch.
• Mentor staff, conduct regular meetings, clear title issues, and provide customer‑service‑driven support; travel to Jacksonville and Tampa may be required.

This is not purely a management position, as the candidate will assist as needed in doc prep and closings. The candidate must also be able to clear title issues and work a file from A-Z.
