Executive Title Services in Wayzata, MN is seeking an Executive Title Closer to manage and finalize residential and luxury real estate transactions on-site. This full-time role requires coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and escrow officers, and ensuring all title conditions are met prior to closing.

You will review documents, schedule closings, explain terms clearly, monitor escrow, verify disbursements, and maintain records while complying with regulations to deliver

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service to explain closing documents and uphold premium client experience.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end real estate transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Knowledge of escrow processes to coordinate funds and disbursements with lenders and title companies.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple files and deadlines.
• Familiarity with real estate closing software and standard office tools.
• Understanding of residential real estate practices, title documents, and local regulations in the Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul area.
• Ability to collaborate with agents, staff, and leadership or work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review closing documents for residential and luxury transactions.
