Cambria Title is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Closer to join our Minneapolis team. The role focuses on assembling, reviewing and closing title documentation with lenders and realtors, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining clear file progress.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in closings, proficiency in closing documents, and strong communication skills. We offer a competitive hourly range plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing necessary documents required for closing.
• Working knowledge of title industry concepts and closing procedures.
• High attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
• Strong sense of urgency, professional demeanor and top-notch customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others.
• Flexibility to attend closings outside the office.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with lenders and realtors to assemble, review, organize, prepare and review relevant documentation for closing.
• Ensure all title, disbursement and closing activities adhere to federal, state, and underwriting policies and regulations.
• Read and understand title commitments and address questions prior to closing.
• Develop positive working relationships with real estate clients and customers and provide frequent communication.
• Ensure all company and regulatory policies are followed.
• Represent Cambria Title professionally while providing high level of customer service.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation on progress and disposition of files.
• Manage progress of the title work and facilitate corrections to maintain accuracy of files.
