Edina Realty Title in White Bear Lake, MN is seeking an Escrow Closer to join our busy closing center. You will work in-office, Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm, handling closings and ensuring all documents are prepared and accurate.

You will interface with buyers and sellers, review documentation, coordinate payoff and title evidence, and support compliance through closing. The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and strong customer service in a collaborative team.

Formación

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Two years processing or closing experience required.
• Marketing and sales skills preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently under deadline pressure.
• High degree of integrity, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and possess a strong aptitude for figures.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and submit closed loan package, deposits and disbursement documentation, recording package and final policy package.
• Respond to returns or rejections of mortgage or recording packages and assist lenders.
• Prepare transferring and mortgage documentation, HUD Settlement Statements and other documents.
• Conduct the closing including explanation of all related documents and closing costs.
• Examine title evidence for defects and correct title defect as needed.
• Ensure title issues are resolved prior to closing.
• Perform any additional responsibilities as requested.
