Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or four years of office experience in a college/educational environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of FERPA and student privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer a variety of exams (TSIA2, GED, CLEP, Accuplacer ESL, and more).
• Coordinate with dual credit and high schools to schedule offsite exams.
• Ensure security standards with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Input test scores into the student database system accurately.
• Assist students and community testers with scheduling and inquiries.
• Maintain secure storage of testing materials and records.
