Job summary

Responsibilities include administering TSIA2, Accuplacer ESL, GED, and other exams, assisting the testing coordinator, safeguarding materials, and entering data accurately. Some evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Education, Counseling or a related area is required.
• Knowledge of testing procedures and security is needed.

Responsibilities

• Enforce test vendor policies and procedures with District Testing Services.
• Administer assessments such as TSIA2, Accuplacer ESL, Accuplacer Advanced Math, GED, and accommodated exams.
• Assist the testing coordinator with day-to-day tasks.
• Contribute to evaluation and continuous improvement of testing services.
• Safeguard test material security and integrity of each administration.
• Input and maintain test data accurately.
• Participate in all required training.
• Read and scribe exams as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.
