Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of standardized test administration.
• Knowledge of general office practices including computer literacy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing sessions and staff coverage; prepare schedules district-wide.
• Greet clients, answer telephones, and publish testing schedules.
• Operate office and computer equipment; use current computer software.
• Train and supervise assigned staff; conduct performance appraisals and set schedules.
• Process and score tests; prepare data for the MIS and generate reports.
• Consult with faculty and deans on routine testing issues; participate in committees.
