Qualifications

• Knowledge of the purpose of community colleges and the vision of Dallas College.
• Ability to interpret, understand and apply knowledge of technology platforms.
• General knowledge and experience with student success programs.
• Experience with technology related to student assessment and testing functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication between students and faculty and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely follow-up with applicants through enrollment.
• Support testing and assessment services including GED testing, placement testing, mandated programs, and other computerized testing.
• Administer and monitor tests, maintain security of materials, verify eligibility, and troubleshoot issues.
