MAB Community Services is seeking an experienced Temporary Recruiter to join our Human Resources team to cover a medical leave. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for healthcare and human services positions, managing high-volume staffing needs in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have prior recruiting experience in healthcare settings, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Must have recruitment experience in human services, healthcare, or medical staffing.
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and online recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across the organization.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and support the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment activity within the ATS.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Participate in recruitment events and outreach initiatives as needed.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment activity and hiring progress.
