Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across the organization.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and support the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment activity within the ATS.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Participate in recruitment events and outreach initiatives as needed.

Position Overview

MAB Community Services is seeking an experienced, motivated Temporary Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and provide recruitment coverage during a medical leave.

The ideal candidate will have prior recruitment experience in human services, healthcare, or medical settings and be comfortable managing a high-volume recruitment workload in a fast-paced environment.
