• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with prospective candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Support onboarding and hiring activities.
• Assist with recruitment reporting, scheduling, and related administrative functions.
• Provide limited administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer as needed.

Duration: Approximately 6 Months (Leave Coverage)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional evening meetings extending to 6:00-7:00 PM

• Strong experience in recruiting (clinical/healthcare preferred)
• Experience scheduling interviews and helping with the full-cycle recruiting process
• Comfortable providing administrative support to the CMO as needed

The primary focus of this role is recruiting healthcare professionals and supporting hiring initiatives across the organization. While the position may also provide administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer, recruiting experience is the top priority, and candidates interested primarily in the recruiting responsibilities are still encouraged to apply.
