Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is hiring a Telecom Technician I for its Commerce City on-site office. You will provide entry-level technical support for cellular devices, Zoom VoIP phones, wireless connectivity, and related equipment, working with end users, IT, vendors, and service providers.

The role emphasizes device provisioning, troubleshooting, accurate documentation, and proactive user support in a fast-paced environment, with travel between office locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• 0 to 2 years of IT support, mobile device support, technical support, or a related environment.
• One or more years supporting mobile devices is preferred.
• Exposure to Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Office apps, ticketing systems, and service management tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provision, enroll, test, and deploy company cellular phones, tablets and other mobile devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, enrollment, authentication, application, and connectivity issues.
• Provide in-person and remote support; escalate complex issues when appropriate.
• Manage, prioritize, document, and resolve telecom incidents and service requests with daily ticket updates.
• Maintain inventory and asset records for mobile and telecommunications devices throughout their lifecycle.
• Assist with installation, configuration, maintenance of Zoom VoIP phones, conference room tech, and network devices.
• Coordinate moves, adds, changes, and equipment requests with minimal disruption to users.
• Support mobile device refreshes, upgrades, migrations, and technology rollout initiatives.
• Follow IT policies, security requirements, change management, telecom standards, and documentation practices.
