Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is hiring a Telecom Technician I to deliver entry-level technical support for corporate communications. This on-site role focuses on mobile device provisioning, configuration, and support, including Zoom VoIP phones, wireless access, and related equipment at Commerce City with occasional travel to Dove Valley.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, service-minded, communicates clearly, keeps accurate records, and takes a proactive approach to assisting users.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; IT-related degree preferred.
• 0 to 2 years IT support or mobile device experience; familiarity with mobile devices is a plus.
• Experience with Zoom VoIP phones and wireless connectivity is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Configure, enroll, test, and deploy mobile devices and accessories.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues; provide remote and in-person support.
• Manage telecom incidents and service requests with proper documentation.
• Maintain asset records and assist with device lifecycle management.
• Support voice, data, and conferencing equipment including Zoom and mobility tools.
