Primoris Services Corporation’s Q3 Contracting division seeks a Telecom Technician I for a full-time, on-site role in Commerce City. This entry-level position focuses on mobile device provisioning, Zoom VoIP phones, wireless connectivity, and related telecom equipment.

The ideal candidate will deliver reliable support, document activities, and work with IT teams, vendors, and end users to ensure smooth communications services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required;Associate degree preferred.
• 0–2 years IT support or mobile device experience; mobile devices preferred.
• Familiar with mobile device hardware, software provisioning, and troubleshooting.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between office and operational locations.

Responsibilities

• Mobile Device Provisioning & Deployment: configure, enroll, test, and deploy company devices.
• Mobile Device Support & Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Customer-Focused Technical Support: assist employees with clear communication.
• Service Request Management: document and resolve telecom incidents in the tracking system.
• Inventory, Returns & Asset Management: track mobile and telecom assets.
• Telecommunications Systems Support: install, configure, maintain voice and data systems.
• Moves, Adds, Changes & Equipment Requests: support telecom service changes.
• Collaboration, Vendors & Escalation: coordinate with IT teams, carriers, vendors.
• Projects, Upgrades & Rollouts: support refreshes and migrations.
• Standards, Security & Documentation: follow policies and maintain docs.
• Operational Support: after-hours support and maintenance.
