Qualifications

• Troubleshooting to diagnose product or application issues in-field or remotely.
• Familiarity with construction, concrete or building materials beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to work on-site and manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM or ticketing tools for tracking requests.
• Associate or Bachelor’s in engineering, construction management, materials science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and distributors, answer product questions, and assist with applications.
• Document technical service cases and collaborate with engineering and sales teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct product demonstrations or trainings as needed.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives and maintain technical resources such as data sheets and FAQs.
• Interact regularly with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure proper CTS product use.
• Prioritize and manage inquiries in a fast-paced on-site environment.
