Job summary

Cincinnati Incorporated is seeking a Technical Service Representative to diagnose and repair our metal fabrication equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, providing maintenance guidance, and working with customers, distributors, and internal teams to keep machines performing at peak levels.

The position requires hands-on expertise, willingness to travel frequently in the Tri-state area and beyond, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance or engineering related field.
• Excellent communication and professional customer service skills; superior troubleshooting skills.
• Superior working knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and high & low voltage electrical systems.
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Willingness to travel around the Tri-state area, and beyond as needed.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license; ability to pass a background & drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Analyze information from customers and distributors; provide technical advice and instruction to resolve issues.
• Review and distribute engineering data to Service and Parts personnel.
• Develop and distribute standard pre-installation, installation, and start-up instructions for Cincinnati machines.
• Specify tooling and instrumentation to diagnose, calibrate, and maintain machines.
• Maintain reference files for service instructions and engineering information.
• Enter machine installation and warranty problems into the database and keep entries updated.
