Job summary

Dual Path Connected Solutions in Dayton, Ohio seeks a Technology Support I to launch on-site services at a premier senior living community. You will join a collaborative team and deliver hands-on tech support to residents.

This is a full-time role with benefits, focused on hospitality-minded, patient, and technically proficient service. You’ll onboard residents, train staff, and bridge technology with everyday living.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on technology support in relevant settings.
• Breadth across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, home and business Wi-Fi, printers, streaming devices, and desk phones.
• Experience with connected home devices and services.
• Proven service record with demanding clientele (luxury hospitality, executive support, etc.).
• Able to lift equipment boxes up to 50 pounds and work from a ladder.
• Able to pass required background checks and tuberculosis screening for licensed senior care.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one, in-apartment support for Wi-Fi, voice, television, and personal devices—on the resident’s schedule.
• Onboard new residents and everything they move in with, from an iPhone to a home office to a full smart-home setup.
• Run small-group training and office hours and translate technology into plain language.
• Support and mentor the residents’ own volunteer technology group.
• Serve as an extra set of expert hands for the community’s IT team.
