Job summary

Parasol Alliance is seeking a Resident Technology Support Analyst to provide technology support for residents in our client communities in the Kansas City, MO area. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a strong emphasis on one-on-one visits and group classes to help residents use technology confidently.

Qualifications

• Must be upbeat, outgoing and have a cheerful disposition.
• Value customer service—excellent communication skills and the ability to teach seniors how to use technology.
• Basic technical troubleshooting on multiple devices (computers, laptops, phones, tablets, smartphones).

Responsibilities

• Intake of resident support requests.
• Schedule onsite appointments for technical support.
• Onsite support of resident hardware and software.
• Create and lead group classes on different consumer technology.
• Phone and email support for initial incoming tickets.
• Ticket resolution per client SLA.
• Detailed documentation within tickets on steps and resolution.
• Provide excellent customer service in person, on the phone, and via email.
