Ohio’s Hospice is seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver dependable, hands-on technology support across Dayton/Centerville sites. You will support clinicians and staff with secure, reliable systems and processes that keep patient care running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT or a related field.
• Previous experience in IT support or help desk roles.
• Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems.
• Experience with GUI-based applications.
• Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1, 2, and 3 technical support to staff via phone, email, and on-site.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues and diagnose system problems.
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair computers and software.
• Document IT systems, procedures, and processes for consistency.
• Assist with system backups and routine IT operations.
• Support data security, HIPAA compliance, and organizational policies.
