Farm and Forge Club in College Grove is seeking a Tech Support Specialist to provide hands-on technology support and livestream operations. Reporting to the IT Director, you will assist employees, coaches, athletes, and guests, ensuring a smooth tech experience and high-quality event coverage.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, calm issue handling, and follow-through with training provided on club systems and procedures. Evening/weekend events may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional assistance to employees, members, athletes, families, and guests.
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, peripherals, software, account access, and basic network connectivity.
• Support YouTube livestreams, including setup, audio and video checks, monitoring, and basic recovery procedures.
• Record reported issues, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and outstanding follow-up.
• Maintain technology equipment readiness and document inventory; develop simple guides and checklists.
