Job summary

Farmington Country Club in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to own front-line help desk support, administer application-level accounts, and manage day-to-day technology operations for staff across dining, lodging, golf, and events.

The role collaborates with the Senior Systems Engineer and Director of IT, focusing on onboarding/offboarding coordination, device imaging and deployment, and support for club systems like POS and reservations, while occasionally assisting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of help desk or end-user IT support experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with application-level account administration and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for staff technology issues across departments.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printing, and connectivity issues for end users.
• Manage the IT help desk ticket queue and ensure timely response and resolution.
• Provide staff support for POS and operational terminals; assist with occasional member-facing technology.
