Job summary

Farm & Forge Club is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to deliver hands-on technology support, AV and livestream assistance, and day-to-day tech operations for employees, coaches, and guests in a high-performance club setting.

You will troubleshoot devices, manage classroom and meeting-space tech, and coordinate with the IT Director for event readiness. Training will be provided on club systems, streaming gear, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional, and responsive assistance to employees, members, athletes, families, and guests.
• Troubleshoot everyday tech issues and support streaming equipment.
• Assist with audiovisual tasks and livestream operations during events.
• Record issues and resolutions, and follow up as needed.
• Escalate issues when beyond authority or scope of work.
• Support campus technology readiness and equipment inventory.
