Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to join our on-site team in Peachtree City, GA. This year-round role blends tax expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset to help clients complete returns and plan for the future.

You’ll work with a team of financial professionals, serving customers in person and virtually, and will host local workshops, engage in community outreach, and link clients to additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney status with strong tax preparation background.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax filing experience with tax software proficiency.
• Willingness to learn and expand into bookkeeping or payroll.
• Entrepreneurial, client-focused, and strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and prepare returns for varied situations.
• Conduct discovery to identify deductions and plan future taxes.
• Build relationships and convert clients into loyal customers.
• Act as a community ambassador and engage in local events.
• Organize tax literacy workshops and networking gatherings.
• Refer clients to additional Intuit services like bookkeeping and payroll.
