Intuit Inc. in Peachtree City, GA, seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation, trusted advice, and end-to-end client service with a collaborative team.

You will grow a local client base, connect customers to Intuit resources, and deliver a best-in-class experience while developing broader tax advisory capabilities through cross-training and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Hold EA/CPA or active attorney status with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into more complex advisory services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
