Job summary

Intuit Inc. in Albany, GA area is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving both in-person and virtual clients with tax preparation and advisory support.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver a seamless client experience and grow the local customer base while representing Intuit in the community.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and clear financial guidance.
