Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will work on-site from a TurboTax location as part of a collaborative team of financial experts, serving in-person and virtual customers who use Intuit TurboTax products.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual returns per season using professional tax software.
• Experience with tax preparation software and knowledge of tax laws.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Advise on complex tax scenarios and future planning.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Be the local face of TurboTax and collaborate with marketing tools.
